South Lodge
South Lodge is an award-winning 12,605 sq ft contemporary family home, set within approximately 0.9 acres in Lancashire. Conceived as a complete architectural experience, the architecture, interiors, landscape and lighting were developed as one vision — creating a home defined not simply by its scale, but by the way it is experienced.
Pasture’s View
Pasture’s View is a bespoke contemporary family home designed around its setting, its owners and the way they live. Strong architectural forms, carefully considered proportions and expansive glazing create a close relationship between the interior and surrounding landscape — resulting in a distinctive home with its own identity and sense of place.
Sanctuary House
Sanctuary House is a contemporary subterranean retreat concealed beneath a traditional family home. Designed to preserve the property and landscape above, it creates an unexpected world below — centred around a private swimming pool and spaces dedicated to relaxation, wellbeing and escape.
The Signature Residence
The Signature Residence is a bold contemporary home designed around space, light and wellbeing. Expansive glazing connects the principal living spaces with the surrounding landscape, while a private swimming pool, spa and gym integrate leisure and wellness into one coherent architectural vision.
Tansy Hall
Tansy Hall is a traditionally inspired outbuilding designed to complement the existing stone and slate property and its rural setting. Robust, natural materials including stone, timber and slate are combined with expansive glazing to create a three-car garage below and a dramatic private entertainment space above.

Ocean View
A contemporary redevelopment of a former Victorian hotel on a prominent seafront site within a conservation area. The scheme delivers 27 holiday apartments with ocean views and associated parking, carefully designed to complement and enhance its historic surroundings. Full planning permission was secured in 2022, with the site now under development.
Knowle Residences
A contemporary residential development on a challenging vacant site behind a traditional English pub. The scheme carefully balances modern architecture with its conservation-area setting, providing 20 individually planned apartments, all benefiting from sea views, while responding to significant site, access and infrastructure constraints.
Girl Guiding UK
A contemporary new regional headquarters designed around an exceptionally constrained site, responding carefully to neighbouring homes, major underground infrastructure and the site's proximity to an active airport. Ben Jurin personally presented the scheme to Planning Committee, securing planning permission for an ambitious, light-filled new home for Girlguiding UK Regional HQ.
